How long do we keep your information?

We keep your information for as long as it is necessary to provide our services to you and to comply with our legal and contractual obligations. If we have entered into a Contract with you and received payment for goods/services provided, it is necessary to keep your information for up to 7 years to satisfy HMRC tax regulations. If we have provided you with an estimate or quotation, we will keep this information for up to 3 years. After which time it will be deleted and we will be unable to retrieve previously advised costings.
